Flex-o-screen (Pty) Ltd. trading as Clomark, was founded in 1971 by the current CEO, Gerry Cloete. The company is situated at Corporate Park in Midrand, a central and secure location.
These premises are owned by an associated company, Clomark Properties (Pty.) Ltd.

Clomark started out as a supplier of graphics, decals and labels, protective materials and water sealing systems to the Automotive Assembly Plants and gradually focused on other markets such as the food & beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. Since 2003, advancements in the Packaging Industry and in particular, investments into the expansion of printing capabilities not only assisted Clomark in improving efficiencies on current products, but also realised new markets. Customers such as First National Battery, Bosal, USN, Le Sel, Sunray Cosmetics and Trellidor have been acquired and maintained.

Clomark is a manufacturer of two core product divisions, namely the Labelling Division and the Automotive Division, the main products being labels (stickers, wall, floor and vehicle graphics, signage, banners) and doorscreens (vehicle water insulation systems) in each division respectively. Clomark is third party certified to ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001, these being comprehensive and intensive environmental and quality systems. Being in the automotive industry, it is mandatory that the company conform to the TS16949 standard which, whilst based on ISO9000, is far more complex and deeper in each element. The Total Quality Management culture of Clomark largely gives Clomark its competitive advantage especially in new markets.

We pride ourself in producing high quality products and service to distinguished and demanding customers, usually having special requirements. A core team of young, energetic and innovative persons together with the long standing experience of management is employed. Management and factory staff are specially trained on Total Quality Management. Key employees have special skills such as printing training and expertise.
